INTRODUCTION :
Jkkn dental college and hospital komarapalayam with 33 years of Reputation 29 years experience is conducting many camps and awareness program for the welfare of people and nation in the society. JKKNDCH along with other constituent college of our institution has organized multiple dental camp,oral hygiene awareness rally ,road safety awareness rally,several youth awareness like road safety program,rally on anti tobacco day obtaining permission from government agencies.These are carried in and around the college campus extension district (namakkal,Salem ,erode ).The purpose to provide free service and exposure to Human welfare field of activites for the students.
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON ROLE OF INDIAN YOUTH IN NATION BUILDING:
In association with Yuva , our college hoasted “role of Indian youth in nation building by DR.P.T.PALANIVEL THIYAGARAJAN ,MLA Madurai Constituency.
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON ORAL HYGIENE DAY
It was conducted to creat awareness about oral hygiene and it’s significant facts that predispose and contribute in identification of systemic disease.
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON NATIONAL DENTIST DAY HYGIENE RALLY : Rally and mime was conducted on importance of dental hygiene.
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON ROAD SAFETY AND HELMENT AWARENESS RALLY :A program on helmet usage do and don’t during 2 wheeler driving .
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON PLASTIC BAN :
Awareness programme was conducted on biodegradable and non bio degradeable bags on international plastic bag free day .
AWARENESS PROGRAMME MEGA BLOOD DONATION MOTIVATION :
Camp conducted mega blood donation camp in association with department of transfusion medicine government hospital Erode IRT Medical college campus,Bhavani GH .
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON BEGGAR FREE INDIA REHABILITATION FUND COLLECTION:
The institution conducted awareness and fund collection program to improve the lives of people in our country.
AWARENESS PROGRAM AND RALLY ON ANTI TOBACCO DAY :
No tobacco awareness rally and tobacco associated premalignant lesion screening was done .Short film and placard were used to educate people.
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON BLEEDER’S DISEASES:
Screening of people on world hemophilia day social awareness art gallery and table clinic representing the significance of symptoms associated with bleeder’s disease in empathising the awareness of disease .
AWARENESS PROGRAM ON HERTIAGE WALK TO KALINGARAYAN CANAL :The heritage walks to remind us the student,staff about significant existence of historical heritage and diverse culture of India.
