Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professor to join the Department of Physiology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and mentoring of students in the field of Physiology. The Professor will play a key role in contributing to the academic and research goals of the department and the college. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Physiology Mentor and advise students in the department Conduct and publish research in the field of Physiology Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance the field Participate in departmental, college and university activities and initiatives Participate in student recruitment, admissions, and academic advising activities Maintain currency in the field through ongoing professional development and engagement Qualifications: Post graduate degree (M.D.S)in Physiology or equivalent qualification A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level Strong research record, with a track record of publications in high-quality journals Strong commitment to student-centered learning and mentorship Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and external partners Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Eligibility: Molecular and Cellular Physiology Cardiovascular Physiology Respiratory Physiology Neurophysiology Endocrine Physiology Exercise Physiology Environmental Physiology Renal Physiology Integrative Physiology Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
