Job Description: The Professor, Department of Pharmacology will be responsible for providing leadership in teaching, research and administration in the field of pharmacology at JKKN Dental College and Hospital. The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in furthering the vision and mission of the college by providing innovative and high-quality education to students and contributing to cutting-edge research in the field of pharmacology. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in pharmacology Conduct and supervise research in the field of pharmacology Mentor and guide students in research projects Publish research findings in leading academic journals Engage in continuous professional development and maintain a high level of academic and research proficiency Provide academic and administrative leadership within the department and college Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other institutions and organizations in the field of pharmacology Participate in the formulation and implementation of departmental and college policies and strategies Qualifications: post graduate degree (M.D.S)in Pharmacology or equivalent qualification A minimum of 5 years of teaching and research experience at the Associate Professor level or equivalent Demonstrated record of scholarly productivity in the field of pharmacology, as evidenced by publications in leading academic journals Strong leadership, teaching, and mentorship skills, as demonstrated by positive student evaluations and a track record of successful student research supervision Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other institutions and organizations in the field of pharmacology Eligibility: Pharmacology Pharmacy Biochemistry Biomedical Science Physiology Medicine Toxicology Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
