Job Description: The Reader in the Department of Oral Pathology and Dental Anatomy will play a crucial role in furthering the college's mission and vision. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative and engaging educational programs in the field of oral pathology and dental anatomy. They will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching and research, and will be encouraged to pursue new and innovative educational initiatives. Resposibilities: Develop and deliver innovative and engaging educational programs in the field of oral pathology and dental anatomy. Demonstrate excellence in teaching and research, and contribute to the advancement of the academic community. Pursue new and innovative educational initiatives that support the college's goals. Collaborate with other faculty members to design and deliver interdisciplinary courses. Mentor and advise students in the field of oral pathology and dental anatomy. Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish research papers in reputed journals. Participate in academic committees and engage in administrative work as required. Qualification: post graduate degree(M.D.S)in Oral Pathology and Dental Anatomy or equivalent qualification At least 4 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution. A record of excellence in teaching and research, with a proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals. The ability to develop and deliver innovative and engaging educational programs in the field of oral pathology and dental anatomy. Experience in mentoring and advising students, and the ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.
