Job Description: The Professor, Department of Conservative Dentistry, will play a critical role in advancing vision and mission. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and accomplished leader in the field of conservative dentistry, with a strong record of teaching, research, and patient care. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in conservative dentistry Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals Provide patient care in the college's conservative dentistry clinic Mentor and advise students, junior faculty, and department staff Lead department initiatives and represent the college and department in professional organizations and events Provide leadership in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives in the field of conservative dentistry Qualifications: Post graduate degree (M.D.S)in degree or equivalent qualification A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and/or research in conservative dentistry A strong record of excellence in patient care, teaching, and research Proven leadership skills and experience leading a department or academic program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eligible fields: Endodontics Operative Dentistry Aesthetic Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
