Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reader to join our team in the Department of Orthodontics. As a Reader, you will be responsible for teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research, and providing clinical services in your field of expertise. Responsibilities: Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Department of Orthodontics. Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical classes that meet the needs of diverse learners. Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals. Engage in clinical service activities that enhance the quality of patient care and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Participate in departmental and institutional activities that promote teaching, research, and clinical excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty and students. Qualifications: Post graduate degree(M.D.S) in Orthodontics or a related field. At least 4years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in Orthodontics. Proven track record of high-quality research and publications in reputed national and international journals. Excellent teaching skills and experience in developing and delivering innovative and engaging teaching strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as a team member and mentor. Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of JKKN College of College and Hospital.
