Job Description: As a reader in the Department of Conservative Dentistry, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring dental students in the field of Conservative Dentistry. You will work closely with other faculty members to develop and deliver course content, evaluate and assess student performance, and provide guidance and mentorship to students throughout their education. In addition, you will take on leadership roles within the department and contribute to research and scholarly activities. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver instructional materials and course content in the field of Conservative Dentistry Teach and mentor dental students during lectures, seminars, and clinical rotations Evaluate and assess student performance, provide feedback, and participate in student advising and counseling Lead departmental initiatives and projects, and contribute to curriculum development Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publications and presentations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior faculty members Qualifications: Post graduate degree (M.D.S)in Concervative Dentistry Degree or equivalent qualities Minimum 4 year in teaching experience in a dental college or hospital Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor dental students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels Active participant in dental conferences and workshops, with a track record of scholarly activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership experience in academic or clinical settings Eligible Fields: Endodontics Operative Dentistry Aesthetic Dentistry Restorative Dentistry Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate
